No, the maintenance fee is not a fixed flat rate for all units. It starts from $390/month for Standard Kitchens and is estimated at $440/month for Premium Kitchens. How long is the lease commitment?

We offer maximum flexibility. Unlike traditional 2-year commercial leases, our licenses start from as short as 6 months, making it the perfect "incubator" for new products or brands testing a new area.
